Pediatric membership available for kids up to 12 years of age. No membership card needed. Your plan's effective date is on file with our office, and you will not be singled out for rate increases or cancellations.

The fine print

This program is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be used: in conjunction with another dental plan, dental insurance, or financing program such as CareCredit; for treatment which, in the sole opinion of our doctors, lies outside their scope; for referrals to specialists; for hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind; for costs of dental care covered under automobile medical; or for services or injuries covered under workers' compensation. This plan is only honored at BU Dental Pleasant Hill and cannot be used at any other dental office.
